How long have you been Crossfitting? 1 year

What is you favorite movement? And workout? Why?

I don’t know if it is my favorite, but I seem to be able to get the form better on OVERHEAD SQUAT. I enjoy more lifting workouts over heavy Cardio J But I need the improvement on Cardio! I am really beginning to like the Snatch and want to improve!

What inspired you to start Crossfit?

 My Bro had been doing it and talked very highly of it. I was over just going to the gym everyday and doing the same thing and hitting a plateau. What kept me coming back was seeing the improvement, feeling like I got my ass kicked during a 30 min workout, and having a support group form the peers in my class.

 What do you Crossfit for?

I cross fit for ME J I want to live a healthy lifestyle, I want to be strong, I want to put my time into something that is making a difference in my life. It helps me stay positive!

 What would you say to someone who is new to crossfit?

Stay with it!!! I am still learning. And…..You CAN NOT get results like this doing anything else! You don’t need a pill, or a treadmill, or a weight bench!! CROSSFIT is where it’s at.

What is you favorite thing about being a member at Tri Q?

 I LOVE my TriQ family!! We have athletes on all levels and you never feel out of place. I love how everyone pushes one another to complete the WODs.


Time for your acceptance speech… we wont play you off with music. It means so much to me to be recognized. I have never been the best at anything, but I definitely want to try to be the best that I can be. This was just the motivation I needed to keep pushing myself and not give up. There are so many Athletes at Tri Q that inspire me to be the best ME. So THANKS
