Video Via/ Barbell Buddha Youtube Channel

I am a big fan of this guy, his name is Chris Moore, affectionately called “Barbell Buddha”. He is a former power lifter and Division 1 football player. He is now part of “Barbell Shrugged” an amazing Strength and Conditioning podcast for Crossfit. I wanted to get your opinion on this idea of a Vice Friday, eating well and training hard all week and then one meal a week going all out and eating bad. Have tried it in the past and it worked well.
